If you are in Venezuela, you may choose Mobile Payment, Visa or MasterCard credit card, and Banco Mercantil debit card. For international cards, the system will charge you according to the exchange rate in the local currency of your country.

If an event is rescheduled, suspended or relocated. You will be notified by the Customer Service department who will send you a statement with the details as appropriate.

When purchasing through our website, you will receive an electronic purchase confirmation (e-ticket) with the details of your tickets and a two-dimensional barcode (QR), which you must show from your smartphone to be scanned and granted access to the room on the day of the event.

The discount and membership codes are exclusive to each event and depend on the production companies or venues that use this service to promote their shows..

The venues have their opening hours to the public. To obtain detailed information about an event you must contact the venue directly or write to Ticketmundo Customer Service Department for more information.

Our ticketing platform is entirely digital. However, some production companies may request box offices to purchase tickets in specific cases. It is important to note that most theaters have box offices where you can buy tickets.
