    If a concert is canceled, tickets will be refunded automatically. Refunds will be processed to the original credit card used for the purchase within 5-7 business days from the official cancellation announcement.

  • 3. Event Postponement or Rescheduling

    In the event of a postponement or rescheduling, tickets will remain valid for the new date. Refunds are not issued for postponed or rescheduled events unless specified by the event organizer.

  • 4. Processing Fees

    Please note that any service or processing fees associated with the original ticket purchase are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
